That's more or less what could be going on with the sounds/noises in our design.
The sheet is quite confusing, so let me explain:
Basically with the hill we have created an opportunity to create a space (inside the hill), which could be almost totally soundproof. Obviously, it has to be enclosed from every side. It could be a leisure space for the kids. If we choose to design it, the best access would be from the cage sunken into the hill.

So:
-if we enclose the hill (the space inside the hill will be enclosed), we will create a soundproof space (noises from the outside reduced to zero)
- if the cage/or any other space will be partially enclosed by the hill, than it will reduce some noises from the outside, and also will prevent the "cage" noises to spread over the rest of the playground.

What I am trying to say is, that we have many options, and our strategy on the hill will depend of what we are trying to achieve.

I have researched the prevailing winds again, and unfortunately they are not strong enough for using it as an energy source. Apparently, the wind is not really a big issue on this site, and we don't have to worry to much about it while designing our proposal.

My head is full of info, so let's discuss it tomorrow :)
